Q : Can I get samples?

A : Sure. Samples charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.

Q: How long is the sample lead time?

A: For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days with the fabric in stock.

Q: How long is the production lead time?

A:  It takes around 30 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

Q: Can I make the products on your website but with other fabric?

A: Yes, we can recommend you appropriate fabric based on your request from normal standard to classic and luxury.

Q: Can I buy your raw material such as the filling/fabric/package?

A: Yes, we can offer all supply chain solution from raw material(yarn ,filling ,fabric) to made-up products.

Q: If we don't find what we want on your website, what should we do?

A: Email us the details of the products you want, we can also offer custom-made service for you.

Q: Shipping Method and Time?

A: 1. Express courier like DHL, FedeX to USA, and TNT to European, etc. Shipping time is about 5-12 days depends on country and area.

2. By air port to port: about 7-12 days depends on port.
3. By sea port to port: about 20-35 days

Q: How to control the products quality?
A: Check and confirm all material and details before the bulk production.

Tracing all of the phase of production from the beginning to the end.

Check the quality before packing.

Checked by QUALITY CONTROLLER before shippment.

Q: How about your enviroment&human rights friendly and factory inspection?

A: We can show you HD picture and describe the certification if you send email to ask.

Visiting our youtube site or add Whatsapp/Wechat account, we can afford PVC(real-time video) or have a video call for your checking.
We sincerely invite you to visit our factory, and we will provide airport pickup, free hotel, transportation and tourism accompanying services for you. Please inform us one week in advance.

Q: What's your MOQ?

A: The MOQ depends on your requirement for color, size, material and so on.For normal products, 2pcs will be fine, and for custom 100pcs.If you can not reach our minimum quantity, please contact with our sales to send some models which we have stocks and offer you prices to order directly.

Q: Can you provide OEM/ODM service?
A: YES, we work on OEM/ODM orders. Which means size, material, quantity, design, packing solution, etc, will depend on your requests, and your logo will be customized on your products.
