KXT Home Textiles Has Added A New Production Base, Raising Its Production Capacity To A New Level.

To meet the continuously increasing demand for international orders, KXT Home Textiles recently signed a contract to move into a new factory building in Xinyi Industrial Park. The factory has completed equipment installation and commissioning, and is currently in the trial production stage.

Production capacity and efficiency are improving simultaneously
The new factory is located in the core area of the Xinyi Industrial Park. The planned new production lines will cover three major categories: high-end bedding, functional fabrics, and customized hotel linen. After the production commences, it is expected that the overall production capacity will increase by approximately 60%, and the delivery cycle of key processes can be shortened to within 20 days.

Strengthened quality control and flexible production capacity
The newly-built workshop is equipped with an independent quality inspection area, implementing a four-step full inspection process from the warehousing of raw fabrics to the delivery of finished products. At the same time, in response to the characteristics of B-end customers' small batch, multiple styles, and high frequency of orders, the new production line supports more flexible production scheduling switching, enabling the adjustment of order combinations without affecting the delivery schedule.

KXT Home Textiles stated that in the future, it will continue to advance the supply chain upgrade by focusing on the three core dimensions of quality, delivery time, and service, in order to provide customers with more competitive home textile solutions.
