Today, the well-known home textile enterprise KXT welcomed a key client team from India for a site visit and business negotiation. This visit was not only an important step for both parties in expanding on new fronts, but also a significant showcase by KXT in terms of global supply chain sustainable development and certification system.
The Indian client team visiting this time showed great attention to KXT's comprehensive strength in bedding products, fabrics and dyeing and finishing processes. They particularly recognized KXT's BCI (Better Cotton Initiative) certificate. The BCI certification demonstrates KXT's responsible attitude in cotton production and its environmentally friendly production practices, covering aspects such as cotton cultivation, supply chain traceability and social responsibility. Through this certification, KXT conveyed to global customers the value proposition of "high-quality, sustainable and traceable" products.
Production capacity and supply capability: The site showcased multiple production lines, intelligent quality control points, and the inspection process upon leaving the factory. The focus was on highlighting the flexibility in customization, mixed orders, and small-batch trial production.
Quality system and certifications: Besides BCI, the site also displayed ISO quality management system, OEKO-TEX and other certification certificates, as well as the governance system for environmental and labor compliance, emphasizing compliance and transparency in the international market.
Customization ability and material innovation: It explained the pattern design, fabric selection, dyeing and finishing processes, as well as application cases of sustainable raw materials and carbon reduction solutions, helping customers intuitively experience their differentiated competitiveness.
Logistics and after-sales service: It introduced the global logistics layout, delivery period commitment, return and exchange policies, and after-sales support system, enhancing the confidence in cooperation.
During the roundtable discussion, the representatives from both sides had a preliminary conversation on customized requirements, MOQ, Lead Time, mixed order schemes, and the future cooperation roadmap. The Indian client stated that the BCI certificate and KXT's performance in terms of production transparency and quality stability have strengthened their confidence in establishing a long-term partnership with KXT.
The representative of the KXT board stated at the press conference: "We are extremely honored to have received this important client from India. KXT has always prioritized sustainable development as its core principle. From the entire production chain of raw materials to finished products, and from the improvement of production efficiency to the enhancement of environmental responsibility, these are all the core values we can offer to our global partners. The BCI certification is an important manifestation of our commitment to 'high quality, low risk, and traceability', and it is also an important foundation for us to enter the global market and serve more international customers."
