For a four-piece sheet set in a common format, if you want to be different, the printing process is the key. The ordinary format has been reborn in style and style through various printing techniques. Today, I will introduce five common printing techniques~
1. Roller printing
The process of printing on fabrics with copper cylinders engraved with concave patterns is called rotary screen printing, also known as copper roller printing cylinders. When printing, first stain the surface of the fountain tube with color paste, and then use a sharp and flat scraper to scrape off the color paste on the surface of the engraved part of the end of the fountain tube, so that the color paste remains in the concave pattern. When the flower tube is embossed on the fabric, the color paste is transferred to the fabric to print the pattern. Each fountain prints a kind of color paste. If multiple fountains are installed on the printing equipment at the same time, color patterns can be printed continuously.
2. Digital printing
Digital printing, printing using digital technology. Various digital patterns processed by scanning images or computers are input into the computer, and then processed by the computer color separation printing system, and special RIP software is used to pass various printing special dyes (reactive, disperse and other coatings) between the printing systems. Print directly onto a variety of fabrics or other media. After processing, various high-precision printing products required are obtained on various textile fabrics.
3. Rotary screen printing
Rotary screen printing is a printing method that uses a scraper to print the color paste in the rotary screen onto the fabric under pressure. Rotary screen printing differs from other screen printing methods in several important ways. Rotary screen printing, like drum printing, is a continuous process, and the printed fabric is conveyed to the bottom of the constantly moving rotary screen flower tube through a wide rubber belt. Among screen printing, rotary screen printing has the fastest production speed, greater than 3500 yards per hour. Use seamless expanded metal or plastic mesh. The circumference of the largest cylinder is greater than 40 inches, so the largest flower size is also greater than 40 inches. Rotary screen printing machines with more than 20 sets of colors have also been produced, and this printing method is slowly replacing roller printing.
4. Flat screen printing
The printing die is a polyester or nylon screen (print) fixed on a square frame with a hollow pattern. The color paste can pass through the patterns on the flower plate, and the mesh is closed with a polymer film layer without patterns. When printing, the flower plate is pressed tightly against the fabric, the color paste is filled on the flower plate, and the scraper is used to scrape back and forth to make the color paste penetrate the pattern and reach the surface of the fabric. Flat screen printing has low production efficiency, but it has wide adaptability and flexible application, and is suitable for the production of small batches and multiple varieties.
5. Water slurry printing
The so-called water slurry is a kind of water-based slurry. It does not feel strong when printed on clothes, and the covering power is not strong. It is only suitable for printing on light-colored fabrics. The price is relatively flat, and it is a lower-end printing type. But it also has an advantage that it will not affect the original texture of the fabric (less impact), so it is more suitable for large-area printing patterns. Water-based printing paste, soluble in water, the paste itself is relatively thin. When printing, the printing paste is evenly leaked to the part to be printed through the mesh of the screen printing screen, so that the pattern can be printed on the T-shirt.
